Our pre-offer inspections are available in both 30 and 60-minute sessions and are completed by our ASHI certified inspectors.  During this time, we can address specific buyer concerns and offer a limited overview of the age and condition of the home’s systems. By looking over the larger aspects of your home, such as the roof, foundation, HVAC and more, you can get a clearer picture of if the home you’re interested in is going to be a strong investment — or an expensive lesson!

At $150, our experienced inspectors will do a quick 30-minute walk-through, calling out and taking note of any obvious defects in your home. We also offer a 60 minute walk through which allows us to much better address your concerns for only $200.
